Due to our overseas shipping cost, We do not accept refunds & exchange unless there is a defect in the items that makes it unusable. We are more than fair and will honor your request ,if it is within reason, we will be glad to oblige you with a creative solution such as crediting your account or by exchanging your item(return shipping cost is to be paid by Buyer ). Please make sure you ask all questions regarding the items before you purchase, I will be more then happy to explain all details regarding the craftsmanship of the items. 1)The product must be post-marked no later than 7 business days from the day you received it.
2)You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer
3)The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be exchanged for a new product. By wearing the product the first time, our exchange policy is void
4)The product is subject to final inspection before your exchange is processed.
5)Exchange of products can be made on the same or lower value items only. However, if customer agreed to pay for the price differences, a higher value items can be exchanged.
6)Return shipping fee for exchange of products is to be paid by customer.
7)Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages.
